The Falls City Track Club will host the 7th Annual Thomas Memorial Youth Track and Field Invitational on Saturday, May 5th at Jug Brown Stadium / Thomas Track and Field in Falls City.
This event is open to all area youth born in 1998 and later. Boys and girls will compete separately and be grouped into four categories:
Youth - those born in 1998 & 1999.
Midget – those born in 2000 & 2001.
Bantam – those born in 2002 & 2003
Sub Bantam – those born in 2004 and later.
Pre registration is required. The entry deadline is Tuesday, May 1st. Entry forms can be obtained form local schools or by contacting Nick Harling at 402-245-5976 or at 402-245-7898.
The Shot Put and Discus events will be held at 10 a-m that day at South School. The Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump and Javelin events will begin at the High School at 1 p-m. Running events will follow the field events at approximately 3 p-m.
