A jury trail is cancelled after an Everest man changes his plea in a Brown County drug case.
Cody Rhyne recently pleaded no contest in Brown County District Court to an amended charge of conspiracy to commit possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and arranging the sale or purchase of drugs by a communication device.
According to court documents, the offenses occurred on September 9th of last year.
Rhyne is scheduled to be sentenced July 16th.
A jury trial in the case had been set for this week.
Rhyne had origionally pleaded " not guilty" to charges in the case.
