(KMZA)--Working under the theme “Hunting For Hope,” the annual Nemaha County Relay For Life is set to happen Friday evening at the Nemaha Valley High School track in Seneca(Play Audio)
That's Myra Koch, Chairperson for the 2012 American Cancer Society event, held to raise funds in the battle against cancer. Beginning at 5:00 in the evening with a barbecue dinner, the Relay For Life, with over 55 sponsors signed on, will feature a number of activities prior to the closing ceremony at 5:00 Saturday morning(Play Audio)
A traditional break from the night time fun will happen at 10:00 when the luminaries ceremony is held in remembrance of both cancer survivors and victims(Play Audio)
KMZA 92.1 FM will also be there, broadcasting live from the Nemaha County Relay For Life from 4 until 7:00 in the evening. The radio station road show will include the chance to register to win the Gravely ZT 50 mower KMZA will be giving away August 25th.
