(KNZA)--Visitors to our website, mscnews.net, may find occasional disruptions of service this weekend.
That's due to upgrades being made to the website, with the installation of new equipment being done to improve the service provided.
With website visitors sometimes topping well over 20-thousand during the day, the current servers are often bogged down, if not halted entirely, due to the extensive traffic.
Our own Mike Smith is instrumental in the operations of the website, and says the installation of the new equipment will alleviate the downtime, and provide a better website experience(Play Audio)
Smith provides details about what he means when saying “new sports site coming:”(Play Audio)
Meanwhile, this weekend's work, which could mean some downtime for mscnews.net, will be conducted between 8:00 Saturday night and 8:00 Sunday morning.
