(KAIR) -- The Effingham City Council will hold three special meetings on Thursday evening.
The first meeting will begin at seven with the others following.
The council will discuss proposals and choose a health insurance carrier, as well as decide whether or not to designate certain areas around the elementary school as "No Parking Anytime" areas as requested by the school district.
They will also discuss filling the vacant City Treasurer position.
