(KNZA)--Arrested first on apparently minor theft charges, a Sabetha man finds himself back in legal trouble hours later when busted on serious drug charges.
The case began Monday when Sabetha Police arrested 36-year-old Jason Oenbring on theft charges.
Released on a cash bond of 500-dollars, and scheduled to appear in court on October 18th, Oenbring was once again free.
However, according to a press release from the Nemaha County Sheriff's Office, it wasn't long before he was back in trouble.
Later in the day, following his release, Oenbring was again arrested by Sabetha Police, this time for the alleged possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
He was taken back into custody, and currently remains jailed in Nemaha County.
