(KLZA) 18 year old Chance Dunback of Salem appeared in Richardson County District Court last week for arraignment on multiple felony charges.
He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of burglary, aid or abet; possession of a stolen firearm; attempted robbery, aid or abet and a charge of using a firearm to commit a felony, aid or abet.
A jury trial was scheduled for December 12th and bond was continued.
Court documents indicated Dunback on or about July 31st of this year forcibly broke into a property at 202 East 8th sTreet in Falls City with intent to steal property. In count two on the same day Dunback is accused of possessing a firearm knowing, or believing that it had been stolen; Dunback is also accused of attempting to forcibly steal from Robert Blain money or property and on the fourth charge used a firearm to commit the felony offense of robbery or attempted robbery.
