Easton City Council Investigates Park Vandalism

(KAIR) -- The Easton City Council Monday night discussed potential plans of action to curb ongoing vandalism at their city park.

Damage includes destruction of the bathrooms and graffiti on the park’s gazebo.

City Clerk Jere Chieppo says no decision was reached, but they plan to investigate several options moving forward.

The council also approved the ordering of a banner to welcome home an Easton soldier, planning to return home from overseas in December.

Chieppo says further details on the soldier and his return is forthcoming.
