Morrill Area Rail Road Work Planned Saturday
12/06/2012

(KNZA)--Brown County area motorists can expect delays Saturday when all lanes of K-246 southwest of Morrill, about one half mile south of the K-246 and 290th Road intersection are closed down.

The Kansas Department of Transportation says the closure is due to a planned Union Pacific Railroad crossing repair project.

The work will be conducted from sunrise to sunset Saturday.

A marked detour will be provided on adjacent local county roads, with drivers told to expect delays or use alternate routes if possible.

The work, if weather allows, should be completed by the end of the day Saturday.
