Legislative Forum Saturday in Holton
( KNZA )-The Holton/Jackson County Chamber of Commerce will hold it’s annual community legislative forum Saturday morning in Holton.
The forum will be held beginning at 9 o’clock at Your Place or Mine Catering located at 501 East Fifth Street. The forum will take place in the restaurant’s upstairs meeting room.
Chamber Executive Director Jamie Claycamp says Senator Dennis Pyle of rural Hiawatha took the lead in arranging the forum date.
State Representatives Richard Carlson of St. Marys and Randy Garber of Sabetha have also been invited to participate in the annual forum.
The state lawmakers will provide an update on what’s happening in the Kansas Legislature.
