(KAIR) -- Due to the effects of the winter storm, the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office has implemented an emergency accident reporting plan.
Sheriff Jack Laurie says this applies to any non-injury, non-impaired accidents outside of Atchison city limits.

The emergency accident reporting plan also applies to accidents that are not of hit-and-run nature.
