Not Guilty Pleas Entered in Richardson County Break-ins

(KTNC) - Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has declared a state of emergency statewide because of the winter storm sweeping across Missouri. He told The Weather Channel about the situation.  (play audio  :16)
Nixon is also warning people to be prepared for possible power outages.
Some parts of Missouri are expecting ten inches of snow and other areas are expecting several inches of ice. The state emergency management agency has been activated to coordinate emergency services.
Twenty-year-old Cody Naber pleaded not guilty to two Class 3 felony counts of burglary when he was arraigned Tuesday in Richardson County District Court.
 Naber faces charges in two separate incidents that occurred near Humboldt last July.
 He’s accused of breaking into a cabin on 711 Road last July 1st.  Several items were reported stolen from the cabin.
 He’s also charged with a break-in at a home on 636 Avenue on July 4th, during the Humboldt 4th of July Fireworks Show.  Firearms and ammunition were reported stolen from a gun safe in the home.
 A jury trial for Cody Naber was scheduled for April 10th in Richardson County District Court.
