( KMZA )-A Seneca man has pleaded no contest to an amended charge of indecent solicitation of a child.
David Hobbs entered the plea last week in Nemaha County District Court.
Hobbs had originally been charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child and two counts of criminal sodomy.
Sentencing was set for March 28th.
Hobbs was arrested in December following an investigation by the Sabetha Police Department.
He is currently free on bond.
