(KLZA) During the Auburn City Council meeting this week one of the agenda items was discussion and possible action on enacting a city policy for city representatives and officials on releasing information and or statements regarding City conduct, business or future business.

Mayor Kudrna said that he was simply speaking about his thoughts since becoming Mayor and that such restrictions would go against the first amendment. ( play audio :23 seconds )
