Matt Rehder
(KMZA)--Seneca’s new city administrator is on the job.
Matt Rehder began work today.(Play Audio)
The Seneca City Council voted last month to hire Rehder at an annual salary of $60,000.
Rehder is a 1997 graduate of Great Bend High School. He earned a BA in political science from Kansas University in 2001 and a Master’s in public administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2010.
Rehder says he was impressed, from the time he first discovered Seneca, with the community's progressive atmosphere(Play Audio)
Rehder replaces Tami Haverkamp who resigned in late January.
