(KLZA) The former Rock Port Maintenance Facility will be sold at auction, according to the Missouri Department of Transportation. This property will be auctioned Wednesday, May 15th at 2 p.m. and includes a 2,625-square-foot maintenance building with five overhead doors and a 2,160-square-foot storage shed with six overhead doors. Two other small storage sheds, a car wash building and a fuel island are included with the property. The lot is approximately two acres with asphalt, concrete and gravel surfaces. The lot has a gravel access road from U.S. Highway 136.
Revenue generated from the sale of properties across the state is being put back into the road fund.

All sales are subject to final approval by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. The property will be sold in "as is" condition.
