(KLZA) Three people have received sentenced in Nemaha County, Nebraska District Court this week.
30 year old Crystal Milke also known as Crystal Hartung of Humboldt was sentenced to serve six months in the Nemaha County jail on a class IV felony charge of issuing a bad check.
The sentence is to run concurrent to any sentence currently being served. Court costs were waived in this case.
31 year old April Baxter of Holdrege, Nebraska was sentenced to concurrent six month jail sentences in the Nemaha County Jail on a class IV felony count of Attempted Burglary and a class II misdemeanor charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking.
With credit allowed for time already served, Baxter was released from jail. She was ordered to pay $290 in court costs.
23 year old Patrick Beethe of Minden, Nebraska was sentenced to two years probation on a class I misdemeanor count of Attempted Issuing A Bad Check.
Beethe was ordered to pay a $30 probation administrative enrollment fee, complete Moral Reconation Therapy and complete a money management course. He was also ordered to pay $276 in court costs and to pay probation programming fees totaling $600. Beethe has previously paid restitution in the case.
