There are ten more stabilization projects slated for construction this summer.
Delaware River WRAPS is sponsored by the Glacial Hills Resource Conservation & Development Region, Inc. (RC&D). It is directed by an 11-member group of individuals who live in, own land in or work in the watershed call a “Stakeholder Leadership Team”. The focus of Delaware River WRAPS is to work with individuals to protect and restore the water quality of streams and lakes in the watershed area. The Delaware River Watershed is the land area that encompasses over 1150 square miles in parts of Atchison, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson and Nemaha counties.
