( KNZA)-Two 32-year-old Holton men are facing drug charges following a traffic stop and execution of a search warrant on a residence.
Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse says sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Wolf and Cesar Lopez Friday afternoon following a car stop.
Morse says the car stop led to the issuance of a search warrant on a residence at 932 Ohio Street in Holton shortly after 6 that evening.
Wolf and Lopez were both booked into the Jackson County Jail.
Lopez was booked for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting bond of $1,000.00.
Wolf was booked for felony possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. Wolf also was cited for no insurance. He remains in custody with bond set at $15,000.00.
