The Jefferson County Fair begins Monday at the fairgrounds in Valley Falls and runs through Thursday.
Monday brings the sheep show. The swine, poultry and bucket calf shows will be held Tuesday. Also that evening is the 64th Annual parade at 7.
Highlights Wednesday include the beef show along with entertainment, a bucket calf costume parade and pedal tractor pull that evening.
The fair will wrap up Thursday evening with the livestock sale and a dance.
