( KMZA )--A portion of K-16 highway in Pottawatomie County is to be closed Tuesday and Wednesday for culvert replacement work.
The Kansas Department of Transportation eastbound and westbound K-16 will be closed both days between Wheaton and Blaine from 7:30 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon.
The first culvert located at the Clear Creek Road intersection will be replaced on Tuesday, and a second culvert will be replaced on Wednesday.
No marked detour will be provided. Drivers should expect delays and must use alternate routes during the roadway closure.
