Heath Umphenhour
(KAIR)--An August 20th pretrial conference is the next legal action in a case of alleged child sex crimes involving an Atchison man.
Heath Umphenhour was scheduled for a Tuesday preliminary hearing in a Doniphan County courtroom.
Instead, that was continued, and conference scheduled instead.
Umphenhour was arrested in July by Atchison Police on a Doniphan County Warrant.
He’s charged with two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child under 14 and one count of sexual exploitation of a child.
