Jefferson Co Road Closure Starts Monday
08/17/2013

(KAIR)--Jefferson County motorists are warned of a potential delay due to work set to start on Monday.

According to the Kansas Department of Transportation, northbound and southbound K-237, and north of the U.S. 24 intersection, will be closed to all traffic so utility work and paving operations can be conducted.

A marked detour will be provided. Drivers should expect delays and must use alternate routes.

The closure is expected to remain in place through the middle of next month.
