(KLZA) A November 13th jury trial has been set for a 20-year-old woman charged in the theft of vehicle from a Falls City auto dealership.
Erica Beethe entered a plea of "not guilty" Tuesday in Richardson County District Court to a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
Beethe was arrested in May, accused of the theft of a Jeep Wrangler from Armbruster Motor Company. Beethe and another person, identified only as “Brad” by Beethe, test drove two vehicles that day. When they left in the Jeep they did not return.
According to the Falls City Police Department the Jeep has not been recovered.
