Highland Nursing Students Graduate
( KNZA )--The Nursing program at Highland Community College held its commencement for those receiving the Associate Degree in Nursing this past Sunday.
Twenty graduating nurses were joined by family and friends to fill Culbertson Auditorium for the celebration of the students receiving the ADN.
The full house was welcomed by Highland President David Reist and Vice President for Academic Affairs Peggy Forsberg. Nursing instructor Julie Martinez recognized the accomplishments of the class prior to the pinning ceremony conducted by Director of Nursing Cynthia Jacobson.
Nursing instructor Stephanie Steward offered a congratulatory message as the nursing students then received their diplomas from Reist and Terri Ball, Director of Technical Education at the College.
