Talent Show Added To Hiawatha Maple Leaf Fest

(KNZA)--Hiawatha's “Maple Leaf Festival” is fast approaching, with the annual event planned to happen on Saturday, October 5th. 

A new addition will be seen for this year, with a talent show to be held in conjuntion with the festival. 

Hiawatha Chamber of Commerce Administrator Stacy Babb says residents from across the region are encourged to sign up to show off their talents. 

Talent show registration is open to all ages, and all varieties of talents, ranging from piano playing to juggling and all skills in between. Registration can be done here, but those interested can also call Babb at 742-7136.  More information can also be found on the Chamber's Facebook page

Registration deadline is October 1st. 

The talent show will be held on the afternoon of October 5th beginning at 1:00 at the Brown County Historical Society Museum, located at 611 Utah in Hiawatha.
