(KLZA) -- A 37-year-old Falls City man has been sentenced to one year in the Richardson County Jail on charges stemming from a two-county chase early this year.
37-year-old William Holbrooks was sentenced this week in Richardson County District Court on misdemeanor charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle to Avoid Arrest and Criminal Mischief.
In addition to the jail sentencesk, Holbrooks was ordered to pay $152 in court costs.
Holbrooks was arrested in January following a high speed pursuit that included officers from the Richardson County Sheriff’s Department, Falls City Police Department and the Brown County, Kansas Sheriff’s Department.
