(KAIR)--A Saint Joseph man, under investigation by Atchison Police for alleged involvement in a $2,300 theft case, turned himself in Tuesday after learning a warrant had been issued for his arrest.
27-year-old Kyle Wheeler now faces charges of aggravated burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property.
Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson says his deparment worked with the local Wal-Mart to identify the suspects believed to be involved in the theft, which happened in the early morning hours of September 23rd:
Along with the four laptops, an mp3 layer, and various other electronics, were taken.
Wheeler, prior to the theft, had been banned from entering other Wal-Mart stores.
