(KAIR)--Three people are in custody after Atchison police responded to a report of domestic disturbance Monday morning. According to police chief Mike Wilson, the call came around 9:30 of a disturbance located at the 1100 block of South 10th in Atchison. Upon investigation, 20-year old Jonathan Turner and 23-year old Chelsea Turner, both of Atchison, were taken into custody. Wilson further says that Chelsea Turner's brother also intervened in this disturbance in an attempt to protect his sister.
19-year old Brandon Ross of Atchison allegedly threw a lawn brick at the vehicle that Jonathan Turner was sitting in.
Jonathan Turner is facing charges of domestic battery and and battery. Chelsea Turner is facing one charge of domestic battery and criminal damage to property, and Brandon Ross is facing one charge of assault and one charge of criminal damage to property.
