(KLZA)-- A Falls City man has been sentenced to prison in two separate cases.
In Pawnee County, 71-year-old Eugene "Buddy" Waters was sentenced this week to 20 to 60 months in prison on a felony charge of attempted burglary. He was allowed credit for 270 days served in jail and is subject to discharge in two and-a-half years.
In Richardson County, Waters was sentenced to five years in prison on a felony charge of domestic assault in the 2nd degree involving his wife.
The two prison sentences are to be served consecutively.
