(KLZA) 30 year old Chance Simon of Falls City entered plea’s of not guilty to three felony counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance in Richardson County District Court Tuesday. A jury trial is scheduled for February 12th.
Simon was arrested by the Falls City Police Department on August 13th on a warrant. At the time of his arrest he allegedly had methamphetamine, hydrocodone and morphine in his possession.
Bond was continued in the case.
