A 19-year-old Atchison man that was out on bond on a recent felony drug charge is arrested on another felony charge.
According to Atchison Police, Trevor Kiehl (Keel) was arrested for violating conditions of his bond from that charge on Friday.
In addition, the Atchison County Sheriff’s department booked Kiehl on the charge of criminal deprivation of property.
According to Sheriff John Calhoon, on April 9th, the department received a report from a relative of Kiehl’s that a vehicle that was temporary loaned to him for the day was not returned to them over a week later.
Kiehl remains in Atchison County Jail on 10 thousand dollars bond for the new charge.
He was originally out on 15 thousand dollars bond for a March 9th arrest where Atchison Police discovered substances believed to be methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia on his person after a traffic stop.
He will make his next appearance in court on May 2nd.
