Falls City Attempted Murder Case Moved to District Court
09/05/2013

(KTNC) - The case against a Falls City man charged with attempted murder has been transferred to Richardson County District Court.

32-year-old Desiderio Hernandez is charged with attempted second degree murder.  The charges stem from an incident at a home in the 800 block of Harlan Street on July 14, in which authorities say Hernandez cut the throat of Damon Gates with a razor knife during an altercation between the two men.

Hernandez is being held in the Richardson County Jail.  He’s due in District Court for a preliminary hearing on September 18.
