(KAIR) -- A 41-year-old Atchison man is in custody charges following a disturbance Monday evening.
Police Chief Mike Wilson says Richard Tolar was taken into custody around 5:45.

Tolar was arrested on the counts of aggravated assault and criminal damage to property.
He remains in the Atchison County Jail on 20 thousand dollars bond.
