20 year old Travis Ries is scheduled for a jury trial in Richardson County District Court on June 13th on a class 1-D felony charge of being a prohibited person in possession of a deadly weapon and a class III felony charge of possessing a stolen firearm.
Ries entered a plea of not guilty to the charges in Richardson County District Court Tuesday.
Ries from Pawnee City was one of three people arrested in Humboldt in January for attempting to sell two stolen guns to a Humboldt resident.
