The Nemaha Natural Resources District Board meeting begins at 8:00 p.m. Thursday in Tecumseh.
The agenda includes discussion on an urban special projects program application from the Village of Johnson to provide assistance on a trail project.
The board will consider entering into an agreement with the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality to install a chipped rubber barrier around the playground equipment at Kirkman’s Cove Recreation Area.
The board will review the district’s salary schedule and will consider setting up a committee to review the fiscal year 2013 budget.
The board will also hear reports from the Natural Resources Conservation Service, Five Rivers RC-and-D, and Nebraska Natural Resources Commission.
Action is also expected on more well permit applications, including one application that was held over from last month.
