Peru, Neb.) – On Thursday night, the number one Pilots from LSU-Shreveport (LSUS) were a little too much for the Peru State College (PSC) Bobcats as LSUS won 9-3 to improve to 49-4 on the year.
With the loss, the 'Cats are now 36-17 and will play the winner of the first elimination game of the opening series between Bellevue University and Grand View University. The game will take place Friday night at 6:30 p.m.
With a win, PSC would face the loser between LSUS and Lindsay Wilson (Ky.) at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
