Trenton Kuhnert
Bond has been set at one million dollars for a young Horton man facing three felony sex charges involving a juvenile girl.
18-year-old Trenton Kuhnert made his first appearance in Brown County Court Monday on charges of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated indecent liberties with a child. According to court documents, the female victim was born in 1997.
A preliminary hearing was set for May 23rd.
Horton Police Chief Beau Hasenohr says the mother of the victim reported the crime Friday, which led to a brief investigation and the arrest of Kuhnert...( play audio:15 secs )
Kuhnert was taken into custody late Friday afternoon at a Horton residence.
He remains in the Brown County Jail.
