As a Horton man remains jailed, facing three felony sex charges including rape, he also answers to his juvenile record in Brown County.
Trenton Kuhnert, arrested earlier this month for the alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl in Horton, has now been sentenced on other past crimes.
That includes a conviction of disorderly conduct as well as a conviction of battery.
Sentenced to time in juvenile detention, the now 18-year-old Kuhnert saw that suspended by the judge, and placed, instead, on probation to 6 months for each conviction, meaning a total of one year.
Additionally, each conviction means payment of one-hundred-16-dollars for court costs, totaling 232-dollars.
Meanwhile, as he answers to those past crimes, Kuhnert faces the felony charges of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and indecent liberties with a child.
That follows what authorities say was a sexual assault on the teen girl in an abandoned building in Horton.
Kuhnert's preliminary hearing, in that case, is set for May 23rd.
