A public hearing for the amending of the USD 409’s 2011-12 budget will take place at 6:45 Monday evening at the Board of Education Community Room on Commercial Street in Atchison.
The republication of the budget will not affect the 2011-12 mill levy.
The regular meeting of the board of education will take place at seven.
The board will look to approve the health insurance carrier for the 2012-13 school year.
They will also hire a construction manager at-risk for the proposed bond project.
The board will also hear a financial update from Lori Lanter.
