A 29-year-old Bendena man is in custody after allegedly threatening a man with a gun on two occasions in Atchison.
Police Chief Mike Wilson explains the arrest of Justin Reno.

In addition to the two felony agg assault counts, Reno faces misdemeanor counts of battery, domestic battery and two counts of criminal damage to property.
He remains in Atchison County Jail with bond set at 15 thousand dollars in each case and will make his next appearance on June 8th.
