After being incarcerated in Atchison County Jail for over three months on a felony fleeing and eluding charge, a Kansas City, Kansas man is free.
The count was dismissed Monday in Atchison County District Court for Deon Dobbs.
He was arrested in early March by Atchison Police after a lengthy police chase through Atchison after they received a call of a grey Dodge shooting paintballs.
County Attorney Gerald Kuckelman told the court he reserved the right to re-file the charge in the future, if necessary.
