Exchange National Bank in Atchison will have an open house to publically unveil renovations to their original portion of their bank.
It will be June 28th from nine until four.
Originally built in 1919, the old City National Bank, adjacent to other Exchange National Bank properties, will now house the bank’s customer service lobby.
The former lobby is now an expanded loan department.
According to Exchange National Bank & Trust officials, additional space was needed to keep each department in its own space, a benefit for employees.
The extra space also affords more privacy for customers.
The new customer service lobby also has greater accessibility for handicapped customers.
