An Atchison Man is in custody on a felony burglary charge.
Atchison County Sheriff John Calhoon explains the arrest of Luke Bilderback.

He was taken to Buchanan County Jail on a hold since he was arrested in another state.
Bilderback was extradited over to Atchison County Jail on Friday.
He made his first appearance on the level seven felony and a misdemeanor attempted theft charge Monday in Atchison County District Court.
He remains in Atchison County Jail on 15 thousand dollars bond.
