Allie Havers, a 6-foot-5 forward from Mattawan, Michigan, has orally committed to the Nebraska women’s basketball team for the 2013-14 season.
As a junior, Havers averaged 18.1 points, 11.8 rebounds, 5.6 blocked shots, 1.6 assists and 1.3 steals per game. She shot 49 percent from the field, 74 percent from the free-throw line and 32 percent from three-point range.
Havers, who originally committed to Michigan last winter, chose the Huskers over Iowa State and Wisconsin-Green Bay after de-committing.
