(KAIR) -- An Atchison man will head to prison on multiple drug charges.
John Pace was sentenced to a total of nine months in prison Friday in Atchison County District Court for the charges of conspiracy to sell methamphetamine, no drug tax stamp and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Pace and his wife, Denise were arrested after police obtained a search warrant for their Atchison residence in late June and discovered items associated with meth usage.
Denise Pace was sentenced to 18 months of probation in October for possession of methamphetamine.
