(KAIR) -- A 23-year old Atchison man will head to prison after having his probation revoked Monday in Atchison County District Court.
Devin Carpenter was ordered to serve his original 18 month prison term for violating his probation on a June 2010 conviction of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell.
