Brownback Discusses Tax Cuts in Atchison

(KAIR) -- Kansas Governor Sam Browback made a stop in Atchison Thursday afternoon as a guest of the Atchison Rotary.

He discussed several topics, with a large focus on analyzing the most recent income tax cuts that passed the legislature last session.

He started off his presentation by tying the cause to act on the changes by Kansas steady decline in population.
