(KAIR) -- An Easton man has pled guilty to burglary as part of a plea agreement.
Kevin Froelich made the plea Monday afternoon in Atchison County District Court.
In exchange, charges of conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal damage and theft were dismissed.
Sentencing is set for April 8th.
Froelich was arrested by Atchison Police in late January for breaking into a residence in the 500 block of South 5th Street.
A second person, Nadine Young, had her case continued Monday on the charges of conspiracy to commit burglary and misdemeanor theft for her alleged role.
Froelich remains in Atchison County Jail while Young is free on bond.
