(KAIR) -- A new private business will not be able to take off just yet after it was tabled in Wednesday’s short Atchison Planning Commission meeting.
Following a public hearing, a consensus of Planning Commissioners decided they wouldn’t consider an auction auto restoration business for Ernie Carter until his property at 705 Park Street was cleaned up.
Commissioners requested that several cars be removed from the property.
Carter said he plans to make the necessary adjustments and return to next month’s meeting.
